A regular clean keeps a home level. A deep clean changes where the level is. It is the one to book when a home has not been cleaned in a while, before a regular schedule starts, or when you want it back to how it was.

A deep clean is where most homes start. If yours is already on top of things, regular house cleaning keeps it there for less. If the dust is from building work rather than daily life, that is post construction cleaning, and it only works once the trades have finished.

What is different
A deep clean goes to the places a weekly visit never has time for. Inside the oven and the fridge rather than the fronts of them. Behind and under what can be moved. Grout, tile, tracks, frames, baseboards, switch plates, the tops of doors.
How long it takes
Longer than you expect, which is why it is priced separately. Two people working through a home properly is slow work, and the first deep clean of a home that has been left a while is the slowest of all.
What we need to know
Bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, floors, roughly the square footage, whether there are pets, and when it was last cleaned. That last one matters more for a deep clean than anything else on the list.
What is not included
No outside windows above head height and no light fittings under high ceilings. Nothing after a fire or a flood. No ironing. Laundry is not part of a standard clean but can be added for a fixed extra charge.
Products and equipment
In most homes we clean with yours, including the vacuum. If you want particular eco or fragrance free products, you choose them and we use them.
After a deep clean
Most people move onto a regular schedule once the home is back where it should be. Every visit after that is quicker, and priced accordingly.
