An empty home is the only time everything is reachable. No furniture to work around, no belongings to move twice. It is the easiest home to clean well and the worst one to clean badly, because there is nothing left to hide behind.
Moving out
Inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and the fridge, behind the appliances, the floors, the skirting, the frames, the interior windows and their sills, and the bathrooms taken back to clean rather than tidy.
Moving in
The same work, before your things arrive. Most people underestimate how much of somebody else's home is still in a place that looks clean.
Timing
Book it for after the last box has gone, not around the move. Cleaning a half emptied home costs more and achieves less. We work Saturdays and Sundays, and short notice is possible for an extra charge.
Packing as well
If the move itself is the problem rather than the cleaning, we also sort and pack.
What is not included
We do not take away rubbish or unwanted furniture. No carpet shampooing. No outside windows above head height. Nothing after a flood.
