What house cleaning costs in Philadelphia, and what moves the number

We do not publish a price list, because a price list would be wrong for your home. Two houses with the same square footage can be an hour apart, and the honest thing is to work it out rather than quote a number we then have to walk back.

What actually moves the price

Bathrooms move it most. They are the slowest rooms in any home and the number of them matters more than the size of the house. After that: bedrooms, living rooms, how many floors, the square footage, and whether you want a regular clean or a deep one.

The two people miss

When it was last cleaned. A home cleaned last month and a home cleaned last year are different jobs at the same square footage. And pets, because hair changes both the time and the method.

How often you want us

Once a month, twice a month and four times a month each have their own price. A home on a regular schedule stays easier to clean, and that is reflected in what each visit costs.

What costs extra

Evenings. Short notice. Inside the kitchen cabinets on a post renovation clean. Laundry, when it can be arranged at all.

What you are not paying for

In most homes the products and the equipment are yours, including the vacuum, so none of that is in the price.

Getting a real number

Tell us the bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, floors, square footage, whether you want standard or deep, whether there are pets, when it was last cleaned and how often you want us. That is everything needed to price it properly.

Tell us about your home and we will come back with a price.
