Post construction cleaning in Philadelphia once the work is finished

Building dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it settles twice, and it is on every surface including the ones nobody thinks of. A post construction cleanup is a deep clean with more passes, and it is priced as one rather than as a regular visit.

Tell us when the builders are genuinely finished. A cleanup done while trades are still coming back means paying for the same dust twice, and it is worth waiting the extra day. If you are handing the property over or moving into it straight afterwards, see move in and move out cleaning, which is the same work done on empty rooms.

Only when the work is done
Completely finished. If anyone is still cutting, sanding or painting, the dust comes back and you pay to have the same rooms cleaned again.
What is included
Windows, walls, doors and frames, floors, bathrooms, the kitchen on the outside surfaces, dust off the furniture, and light fittings where the ceilings are a normal height.
What is not included
We do not remove building debris, offcuts or packaging, and we do not gather up tools left behind by the trades. That is work for the builder.
What we need to know
The size of the home, how many bathrooms, how many floors, which rooms were worked on, and whether the site has already been cleared.
Inside the cabinets
Cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets is a separate request rather than part of the job, so say if you want it and it is priced in.
When we work
Saturdays and Sundays are normal working days. Evenings are possible for an extra charge, and so is short notice.

Tell us about your home and we will come back with a price.
