A small office does not need a contract with a facilities company. It needs the same two people, on a schedule, who know where things go.
What we clean
Desks and surfaces, kitchens and break areas, bathrooms, floors throughout, glass and interior windows, and the bins. The parts of an office that everyone notices and nobody wants to be responsible for.
When
Around your week rather than through it. Saturdays and Sundays are normal working days for us. Evenings are possible and cost extra, as does short notice.
How often
Once, twice or four times a month, or a one off before something matters. Each schedule has its own price.
What we need to know
The floor area, how many rooms and bathrooms, how many floors, how many people use it, and how often you want us.
What is not included
No carpet shampooing. No outside windows above head height and no light fittings under high ceilings. We do not handle confidential paperwork or clear desks: anything left out stays where it is.
