The things worth knowing
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?01
In most homes we use yours, including the vacuum. It means you know exactly what is being used in your house, and if you want particular eco or fragrance free products you choose them yourself. Tell us what you have when you get in touch and we will say if anything is missing.
How much does it cost?02
It depends on the home, so we do not publish a list. Tell us the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms, the floors, the square footage, whether you want a standard or deep clean, whether there are pets, when it was last cleaned and how often you want us. We come back with a price for your home.
Do you work weekends?03
Yes, Saturdays and Sundays. Evenings and short notice jobs are possible and cost extra.
Do you clean after building work?04
Yes, once the renovation is completely finished. That is a deep clean: windows, walls, doors, floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, dust off the furniture, and light fittings where the ceilings are a normal height. We do not take away building debris and we do not collect up tools.
What do you not do?05
No ironing. Laundry is not part of a standard clean but can be added for a fixed extra charge. Nothing involving children or pets. No outside windows above head height and no light fittings under high ceilings. Nothing after a fire or a flood.
Which areas do you cover?06
Philadelphia and roughly forty to fifty miles around it, as long as the drive is under about an hour. Further out we can still come, with a travel charge. If you are not sure, ask.
