Office cleaning in Philadelphia done before you open or after you close

A small office does not need a contract with a facilities company. It needs someone who comes when the building is empty, knows where things go, and leaves it ready for Monday morning.

Offices are priced by the hour rather than by the room, because two offices of the same size can be very different jobs depending on how many people use them. If the space is small enough to feel more like a home than a workplace, regular cleaning may suit it better, and if it has just been fitted out, that is post construction cleaning first.

When we come
Before you open or after you close, so nobody has to work around us. Saturdays and Sundays are normal working days here. Evenings are possible for an extra charge, and so is short notice.
What we clean
Desks and surfaces, the kitchen and break area, bathrooms, floors throughout, glass and interior windows, and the bins. The parts everyone notices and nobody wants to be responsible for.
Who comes
A small company, not an agency with a rotating roster. You will know who is coming into your building, and they will be dressed for it. In an office full of laptops and paperwork that matters more than it does in a house.
How it is priced
By the hour, not by the room. Once, twice or four times a month, or a one off before something matters. Each schedule has its own price, worked out for your space rather than read off a list.
Products and equipment
In most offices the products and the equipment are yours. If you want particular products used in your space, you choose them and we work with them.
What we do not touch
Paperwork stays where it is and desks are not cleared: anything left out is left out. No outside windows above head height, and no light fittings under high ceilings.

Tell us about your office and we will come back with a price.
