Houses here are built on a hill, and the hill is in the job. A twin off Ridge Avenue can have four levels counting the finished basement, with a flight of outside steps before the front door. Everything gets carried up, so a visit is planned around the stairs rather than around square footage alone.
The other pattern is rentals. Streets near Main Street and the university fill and empty on a calendar, and those homes need a clean when they are empty, which is move out cleaning, not a regular visit.
