Two kinds of home sit on the same street here. A new build with quartz counters, a roof deck and an open stair, and a hundred year old rowhouse with original floors and a back kitchen someone redid last year. New finishes show every mark, so they get cleaned gently and dried rather than scrubbed. Older floors and woodwork get the opposite: patience, and no standing water.
Renovation is the other constant. Fine dust travels through a whole house and settles for weeks after the work is finished, and that is post construction cleaning, not a regular visit. If a rental is changing hands, an empty place is the only one where everything is reachable, so that is move out cleaning and it is booked for the day the rooms are clear. We also cover Olde Kensington, East Kensington and Port Richmond.
